Information for PLCS Members who cannot attend the face-to-face but may be able to teleconference.

Meeting 15  Teleconference for those unable to attend the Bristol Face-to-Face Meeting, 1600 European, 1500 UK, 1000 US Eastern Standard, and 0700 US Pacific Time for Wednesday.  The teleconference for Thursday, 14 April, will be at 1200 European, 1100 UK, 0600 US Eastern Standard, and 0300 US Pacific time for a summary of the PLCS Face-to-Face meeting.

Members who are unable to attend the face-to-face meeting are encouraged to teleconference at the end of each day.  This will enables updates on the issues and assists the PLCS TC in achieving a quorum.

Wednesday, April 13, 2005 - 0900 start

Objective

As agreed at the previous teleconference, the principal objectives of this session will be to confirm a common view of the tasks that need to be undertaken to deliver and maintain the DEXs.  We have therefore ordered the agenda to receive the latest feedback from our existing teams, to consider the results of the ballots on the organisation and the work programme on the first day, and to confirm the draft TC work programme.  On the second day, we will assign resources to the specific tasks using the latest resource matrix,.

Continuing Action 1/6: All members to ensure that all active DEX developers are registered as OASIS members and join the TC.

	Consideration of new OASIS membership rules (due to be available by 9 April)
	Organisations to consider categories of their members, including nomination of voting members, to reduce quorum requirement

5.	Reports from DEX Team Leaders
Team leaders are invited to highlight actions required to complete their projects taking into account any relevant changes to the modules, the results of the DEX synchronisation activity, and requirements from pilots.
Action 13/4:  DEX Team leaders should check state of capabilities on SourceForge and provide accurate status on whats left to do (DEX Team Leaders).
Action 13/5:  DEX Team leaders and modellers should sort content of DEXs and compare with sample DEX 0 to be posted by 25 Feb 05 (DEX Team Leaders and Modellers).
