Hi Chris and all,
Attached is a marked up copy of the 'process'doc for capability, a DEX process is also required.
When is the check list for both DEX & caps to be re-released for review, or should we assume that this will happen once the DEX & cap process doc's have got to an acceptable state.

The Capability Process document has been uploaded under the folder DEXLib
Infrastructure and Processes.

The document contain the process for identify, document, verify and accept
of capabilities in the DEXLib environment (drawn by Tor Arne Irgens). It
was an action on Trine Hansen to distribute this document for comments.

All members are requested to review and comment.  The document will be
discussed at our next teleconference meeting scheduled for May 18th.
