As you might have guessed, with all the travel before Christmas and the Holidays, it is really difficult to find a time when everyone would be available for the conference call.  In consultation with the Chair, it is proposed that a Teleconference be held the first week of January, preferably the 3^rd, 4^th, or 5^th (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday).

 

Would everyone please confirm their availability for those dates and indicate their preference.
