DEX Publication Phase 2 - telecon 22 July

As previously arranged, the steering group for the second phase will meet by telecon to review progress on the various activities.

Anyone who is willing to contributre resources into the activity is welcome to attend - I currently have commitments/declarations of intent from NDLO, DNV, FMV, Eurostep, EPM, UKMOD, LOGSA, Boeing, BAES and LSC.
