PLCS public review

Unfortunately, a trial implementation of the current draft has revealed a couple of material errors. 
In consultation with OASIS, Rob and Tor Arne, I am therefore proposing that we relaunch the second Public Review of the document, with an updated draft.
 
Subject to confirmation of the timescale for the corrections, we are therefore planning to hold a TC call on 14 June at 1530 UK time (30 mins later than usual, and max 30 minutes) to withdraw the previous draft and re-approve an updated version for public review. 

I will issue an agenda with the necessary links as soon as the documents are loaded. Rob will highlight the changes when the documents are posted.
