You will note that a number of comments were received by the TC following the circulation of the second version of the Committee Specification Draft.

 

These have now been reviewed and dispositioned by the Change Control Board, and a new version created at the link below.  This does not contain any Material Changes as defined by OASIS, so I am seeking your consent to initiate the process to launch the Committee Specification ballot.
