Members of the PMRM TC, 

I received an email from Tim De Sousa (Tim.DeSousa@oaic.gov.au), Assistant Director of the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, copying Kelly Hart (Kelly.Hart@oaic.gov.au) and Angelene Falk (Angelene.Falk@oaic.gov.au) of that office, thanking me for the opportunity to comment on the draft and explaining that they do not have the resources to provide feedback at this time. He commended the TC for its work to facilitate and encourage good privacy practices. 

I thanked Tim for his email. Because no comments were involved, I did not request that he send the notice to the pmrm-comment@ mailing list. I did point out that the members of the Office are free to offer feedback at any time, whether or not during public review. 

As there was no comment involved, you do not need to track this in your comment resolution log.
