Subject: RE: [pmrm] Groups - Healthcare Information Technology StandardsPanel IS04 - Business transactions(www.hitsp.org/InteroperabilitySet_Details.aspx) uploaded

Please excuse ignorant questions: what is the context for this, that it, what is HITSP.org relationship to ONC/HIT at HHS? Who follows these standards and what is the environment in which these standards are supported?

Thanks in advance.
