Propose as a draft motion:
“The TC agrees to release the Committee Specification Draft, due to be published as:
http://docs.oasis-open.org/pmrm/PMRM/v1.0/csd01/PMRM-v1.0-csd01.doc
for Public Review as soon as the draft is available and ask TC Administration to make necessary arrangements for this to happen”
