Subject: RE: [pmrm] Outreach for Public Review - Action Item (all TC members)
Greetings, if you don’t already have them on the list… I’d like to recommend: HL7 Security Working Group HL7 CBCC Working Groups (they have taken on much of the Privacy efforts in HL7) Ed Coyne and I can forward to appropriate Security folk in the VA Suzanne Gonzales-Webb, CPhT Information Security Analyst Phone: 619.972.9047 | fax: 619.697.9047 Location: San Diego, CA on Pacific Standard Time (PST) | email suzanne.gonzales-webb@va.gov | email sgonzales-webb@DRC.com From: pmrm@lists.oasis-open.org [mailto:pmrm@lists.oasis-open.org] On Behalf Of Michael Willett PMRM members – We repeat the request from Peter below, but have advanced the due date to Friday, 27 April: “Send suggestions as a “Reply to All’ to this message (this allows all TC members to see suggestions, hopefully cutting down on overlap and redundancy)” Michael From: pmrm@lists.oasis-open.org [mailto:pmrm@lists.oasis-open.org] On Behalf Of Peter F Brown Hi, At this morning’s TC meeting, we approved a resolution to move the PMRM Committee Specification Draft to the next phase – Public Review – as soon as possible after the former has been published on the OASIS web site by OASIS administration. “Public Review” is a (necessary) part of the approval process that is aimed at soliciting input from non-TC members about the document. Before submitting the official request for moving to public review, we agreed to ask ALL TC members (voting, non-voting, observers) to send ideas about individuals or organizations we should contact explicitly during the period of public review – ideally with names and e-mail addresses. We will add all such contacts to the formal request. Can I ask everyone on the list therefore to: - Think about who they would like to be informed about the PMRM; - Send suggestions as a “Reply to All’ to this message (this allows all TC members to see suggestions, hopefully cutting down on overlap and redundancy) - Send suggestions by CoB next Friday 20 April. We will then proceed with the formal request to the administration to create a Public Review in line with today’s decision. Once the Public Review process has been launched I will send another mail will details about how to comment; and how we intend to handle the comments in line with the agreed process. Best regards, Peter
