The announcement has gone to the tc-announce@, members@ and pmrm@
mailing lists, has been released on OASIS' Twitter feed and has been
put up on LinkedIn.
I offer apologies for not hitting your requested deadline. I hope that
the delay will not affect your schedule in any major way.
The announcement was bcc'ed to your list of outside reviewers. Thank
you for providing such an extensive list of interested stakeholders.
This should help you collect excellent feedback. Note that the
