Members of the PMRM TC,

Your 15-day public review for Privacy Management Reference Model and Methodology (PMRM) V1.0 has been announced. The review will start on 07 January 2013 and end on 22 January 2013. The additional notification contacts you provided in your request have been bcc'ed on the announcement. Thank you for providing such an extensive list. In my experience, TCs that actively solicit outside review get more and better quality feedback on their specifications.

Also, please keep in mind your obligations for handling comments: 

- Non-TC member feedback can only be submitted to the TC's comment list pmrm-comment@lists.oasis-open.org. The TC must have someone subscribed to this mail list to monitor comments. 

- All submitted comments must be actively acknowledged by the TC, i.e. by sending a reply message to the commenter. 

- The TC needs to maintain a log of comments received and, in due course, their resolutions. The comment resolution log will need to be avaiable when you begin your next public review or vote to approve the draft as a Committee Specification. I can provide a template for a comment resolution log if you like.
