From: pmrm@lists.oasis-open.org [mailto:pmrm@lists.oasis-open.org] On Behalf Of Peter F Brown Hi all PMRMers, As you may have seen, we hit a minor procedural bump in the road which is requiring us to revise the document and – unfortunately – send it out for a last Public review before we can adopt it as a full Specification. In order to address that, we have drafted a short but nonetheless clear new section 8, addressing the issue of conformance, which we missed from the previous draft. A re-drafted document containing the new wording is now available online at: https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/pmrm/download.php/48732/PMRM-v1.0-wd07.pdf In order to move things ahead between meetings, the editors are proposing an electronic ballot to approve these changes and move the document to another short 15-day Public Review. The text for the ballot is included below. I am hereby formally proposing the motion for that ballot wording. Once somebody seconds that motion by reply to this mail on the list, the Secretary will proceed with creating and launching the ballot. Motion “The PMRM TC approves the latest draft (WD07): https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/pmrm/download.php/48732/PMRM-v1.0-wd07.pdf as a new draft committee specification, drafted in response to the second public review (http://docs.oasis-open.org/pmrm/PMRM/v1.0/csprd02/PMRM-v1.0-csprd02.pdf). As this draft includes material changes to the previous public review draft, the TC requests that this new Committee Specification Draft also be submitted for a further 15-day Public Review. The TC also notes that: - the .pdf version referenced above is considered authoritative; - the principal change is the inclusion of a Conformance section as required by the OASIS TC Process; - an editable (.docx) version of the WD07 draft is available at: https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/pmrm/download.php/48733/PMRM-v1.0-wd07.docx - for information, a ‘tracked changes’ version of the document is available at: https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/pmrm/download.php/48734/PMRM-v1.0-wd07-tracked.pdf The TC instructs the chairs to proceed with the formal requests to TC Administration for creation of the new Committee Specification Draft and Committee Specification Public Review Draft.” Best regards, Peter |
