Privacy by Design Workshop at EIC Munich Tuesday May 13

Reminder to PMRM TC Members and Observers:

Dawn Jutla, Gershon Janssen, Michelle Chibba, David Brossard and John Sabo will present a pre-conference workshop on May 13 at Kuppinger Cole's European Identity Cloud Conference - "Designing Privacy into our ‘Smart’ Systems and Services."  The four-hour workshop will include segments focusing on Privacy by Design (PbD) and software engineering, the PMRM and privacy management tools, XACML and Attribute Based Access Control for PbD, PbD Use Case experience, and gaps and works in progress for PbD technical standards.

The workshop is designed to help business owners, software developers, and policy makers understand how to move from the abstract PbD principles toward implementation and conformance assessment.  By designing privacy into our smart systems, improved functionality can be achieved, more effective risk management and greater public awareness and confidence. The workshop is complimentary and is open to all conference attendees.
