candidates of XML elements

In order to simplify the list of elements as a standard,
I think we should choose only important elements from 
the PSLX standard, and add some elements if necessary.
The first candidates would be:

とりあえず、ＰＳＬＸの仕様から絶対なくてはならないタグを
ピックアップするところからはじめたいと思います。最終的
には、ある程度厳選し、シンプルなものにしたいと思います。
あと、多少、追加もあっていいと思います。つまり、ＰＳＬＸは
ＯＡＳＩＳの拡張系という形にするとい案です。まず、絶対
必要なものは、

First, primitive element which are required for fundamental
definition of planning and scheduling problems are listed.
The meaning of these terms will be described in another mail.

The next is a relational element which connects
two of primitive elements
あと、以下の関係要素も必須だと思います。

The following tags are not in the current PSLX
spec, but can be added to the list.

あと、以下の３つは最近になって必要だという
ことがわかりましたので、追加したいと思います。

<consumed> item->operation
<assigned> resource->operation
