Thank you for the TOC plan of the PPS specification.
Although the final document should be written in English,
the documents for review would have both English and Japanese
at the same time. This is convenient for check the content.

どうもありがというございます。
最終成果物は、正式には英語ですが、とりあえず日本語と英語の併記の
ドキュメントを作成し、それを最後に２つに分割するという方法が
いいとおもっています。チェックもそのほうがしやすいですし。

I think the content of the specification mainly consists of
1) PPS Core Specification,
2) Transactional Message specification, and 
3) SOAP binding specification

構成ですが、内容的には、
１）ＸＭＬコアの仕様、
２）メッセージの仕様
３）ＳＯＡＰバインディングの仕様
に分かれると思います。一冊にまとめるか、分けるかは内容のボリューム
によって決めましょう。
