[provision-comment] Time of First Official Meeting on Nov 12?

Has the time of the first offical conference call on Nov 12 been announced?
I've only been on this list for a couple of weeks. 

The original announcement says 10:00 PST, but the web page says "will be
posted here as soon as possible."

The orginal announcement also lists a face to face meeting at a TBD location
on November 15-16, 2001. Is it reasonable to assume this is not going to
happen?
