·         Committee liaisons established as follows:

o        Winston Bumpus – DMTF & CIM

o        Winston Bumpus - DSML

o        Ken Yagen – XACML

·         Gavenraj Sodhi to operate as recording secretary

·         Winston Bumpus to operate as committee web master

·         Active discussion required on the general scope and terms around provisioning – Hal will re-send question on this issue

·         The group will attempt to close the charter discussion at the next meeting

·         Next meeting will be December 10^th – details will be sent to the list
