As noted in the F2F, I offered to take the lead as editor of the Use 
Case deliverable and would suggest having a sub-committee on this to 
allow for responsible response by the suggest deadline of end of next 
month.  Would really like to know who else would like to work with me on 
this deliverable item.  I am also interested in serving as the T.R. for 
ASN.1 and joining the PR effort.
