Attached is my first draft SOAP Security report.  I created most of the Intro section from excerpts of the overview sections of various whitepapers and specifications, but I've also included links to the full docs in the Recommended Reading section. 

 

I'm sure this is true for many of the topics we are investigating, but this stuff is likely to change as Microsoft, IBM, the W3C, and others in the industry continue to work on some of these specs.  I'll try to send an update in a couple weeks with the latest news and a broader look at how various security issues will be addressed within SOAP.
