Subject: RE: [provision] SPML Provision Schema schema...

Defining the operational attributes is a good idea, but to do it properly you would have to define:

1) The list of operational and batch attributes
2) What operations the operational attributes apply to

What makes this a difficult problem is that the operational and batch attribute definitions are orthogonal to the schema. You could have two different PSPs that both suppport the same schemas, but may require different operational or batch attributes.

	1. Can we deal with the operational attributes by enhancing the
AttributeDefinition type to include regular vs. operational attributes ?
	2. Shouldn't we add a section to the schema that describe which
functionality is supported by the implementation ?

Hi Jeff, question about our schema schema. I can't figure out where
"AttributeDefinition" is used in our schema. Should it be an attribute of
	"AttributeDefinitionReference"?

Also, are we comfortable that using DsmlAttr as the basic type give us
enough flexibility in defining our attribute types? I was specifically
asked about the ability to define enumerations.

Attached is the XML schema for representing the Provisioning Schema (i.e.
