Latest rev of the SPML schema...

Attached is the latest rev of the SPML schema. Note that the three XSD files (core, schema, and request) have now been collapsed into one XSD file. There is also only one namespace now: urn:oasis:names:tc:SPML:1:0. Other than collapsing into one XSD file, the only other changes are to change all enumerated values to be in the urn:oasis:names:tc:SPML:1:0 name space (i.e. remove “core”, “schema”, or “req” distinguishers).
