Subject: RE: [provision] Groups - draft-pstc-spml-core-08.doc uploaded

Folks

I have dropped a major draft of the core specification to the docs/spec
section. The header includes a basic change-log. Please try and review
this draft and provide feedback before next Thursday (4/24). I will be
continuing to work on completing the final sections of the normative
text between now and then.

Happy reading ;-)
