This is an interesting idea. It does not, however, provide any more
functionality than what is provided by batch requests, or multiple
single requests.
To me a more interesting approach would be to support this not by
explicitly identifying multiple targets by their identifiers, but
implicitly identifying multiple targets using a search query (i.e.
search base and filter). This approach would provide new functionality.
