RE: SPML draft 15 - remarks

Thanks again Rami.  The things you identify have been changed in a final
draft located at [1].

In accordance with last week's committee review and vote, this new
version will be carried forward as our committee specification.  Some
minor changes will be required, to be precise, the following:

- Change doc identifiers
- Add voting members names to appendices
- Remove change notification in document
- Produce PDF version

After these changes, TC process requires that I send out the OASIS IPR
Policy and I need to collect notification from at least three members
have consistently used the draft specification in accordance with OASIS
IPR Policy.  I'll do both of these in follow-up mails.
