Draft Invite for Interop

On last weeks Interop Marketing call my Entrust colleague Steve Neville
committed to creating a short blurb as an invite for the event (presumably
to be part of some conference package)

He also committed to passing the responsibility for the work to me (and he
followed through on this one)

Here it is

OASIS SPML Interoperability Event - Services Provisioning Markup Language
(SPML) is an XML-based specification for exchanging user and resource
information to enable interoperable identity management. Join members (BMC,
Business Layers, Entrust, MyCroft, PeopleSoft, Sun, TrueLogica, Waveset,
OpenNetwork) of the OASIS Provisiong Services Technical Committee in the
California Room from x to x July 9th for a demonstration of multi-vendor
identity management using SPML Web Services messaging.
