Postponed 28th Face-2Face...

Today we decided today to postpone the 28/29 October F2F (see [1]).  I wanted to make sure everyone got to see this clearly on the list for travel etc.  As a guide, I believe we want to reset this meting for the middle of November.  I will start a Kavi vote on the subject.
