It appears that we have some degree
of consensus on a model for 2.0 that was outlined in [1] and summarized
as:
1. The SPML 2.0 should
allow the use of SPML 1.0 schema or XML Schema
2. The SPML 1.0 schema does
not need to change to accommodate XML schema - either schema language may be
used independently
Discuss the next
steps from here. Implications?
