Draft 9: Rename ChangeType to ModificationModeType.

We should do the following:
1) Rename "ChangeType" to "ModificationModeType".
2) Rename the "modificationType" attribute of ModificationType to 
"modificationMode".

Reasons:
1) Almost every instance (element or attribute) of a type defined in our 
schema
    is named (typeName minus "Type"). ChangeType is the only exception.
2) "modificationMode" is clearer than "change" would be
    and follows the pattern with respect to "modificationModeType".
3) "modificationMode" is clearer than "modificationType"
   and avoids the term "Type" (which is heavily overloaded in XML Schema).
