Draft 11 of the XSD added an "isContainer" attribute to 
SchemaEntityRefType and added a value of 'invalidContainment' to ErrorCode.

Are we ready to close issue#40 (Requestor must program by exception wrt 
containment), or is there more to do here? 

Is there any need to declare which types of objects can be bound beneath 
a supported schema entity that is a container?
