*Basic Notes*_

    * Ran through the slides published in agenda at [1].  A couple of
      minor changes made to the slides.
    * Model makes sense, no issues
    * Possible example HR-XML schema to profile
          o Choose examples that can use core operations and provided
            capabilities.  Yes final "profile" might contain spec for
            new capabilities but lets start simple
          o Recruiting and staffing to help choose the specific use
            case/scenario
          o Paul to widen the discussion out to business folks in those
            areas for input
    * HR-XML has a F2F in April 11/12 - most likely the 11th in NY. 
      This might be a good location/time to present an overview of what
      we are thinking-of here.  Will look for a TC representative to attend
