3.1.1 PSO Identifier. 
- Change "should only ever resolve to"  to "must resolve to".

3.3.1  Add Request.
- Don't upper-case "MUST" and "MAY" since this is a non-normative section.

3.3.3 Modify Request
- Component element (of SelectionType) requires namespaceURI attribute.
- Path is an attribute (not a subelement) of <component>.

3.3.5 (and throughout):
- Remove spaces surrounding "=" in attribute values.

4.3.2 Element <spml:modification>
- Did you say (in your review of the spec) that the 'path' of a 
<component> must specify an element (and cannot specify an attribute) to 
be replaced?  If so, this section does not reflect that.
The "Modification component" and "Modification data" sections discuss 
the path attribute as specifying either an element or an attribute.
