Updated OpenSPML 2.0 Toolkit

Hi all,

As you know, The OpenSPML.org project has an early version of the 
toolkit for SPML 2.0 available to the subscribers of this list.

Here's some of the "more to come" - today's bundle has more of the DSML 
Profile integrated (like Attr, Modification, and Value - you can now 
send data) and a few bug fixes.

It's at:

The documentation is sparse, but there is a fair amount of example code 
in the tests...

I'd love to get feedback asap... so don't hesitate to email.
