Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

The annual ETSI Security Workshop
(http://www.etsi.org/SECURITYWORKSHOP) has become the greatest annual
international security standardisation workshop, bringing together
international Standards Developing Organisations (SDOs) and security experts
to discuss recent developments, share knowledge, identify gaps and
co-ordinate on future actions and work areas.

The workshop will include overviews of the work being done in the area of
security across standards and technical bodies, along with presentations
from major organisations involved in security initiatives.

This annual event will take place in ETSI Headquarters in Sophia Antipolis
France

·         from 20th January 2010 (start at 2pm)

·         until 22nd January 2010 (end at 1pm)

ETSI is now calling for papers!

Please send a short abstract (not exceeding an A4 page) of your
presentation to events@etsi.org, together with the title of the
presentation, name and coordinates of the presenter and the topic of
reference as listed below by 9 October 2009.

Presentations should have a focus on SECURITY INNOVATION on one of the
following topics:

Next Generation Networks security,
Mobile Telecommunications systems,
ICT trustworthiness and integrity
Research and Innovation
RFID and NFC Security issues
Internet of Things
Identity Management and your Privacy
Cryptography

Other areas could be considered. In particular we would welcome papers on
the practical implementations, and issues such as practical use of
standards, the human factors and examples of insecurity.

Acceptance of abstracts should be confirmed by 30th October 2009.
