Event Description:
This is for the biweekly PSTC meeting.   This will occur every other Monday at 2pm EST, starting on 11 Oct 2010.
We will be using the following dial-in (same as on past calls)

Agenda:
1) Role call
2) Approve minutes from 12/6 meeting
3) Update on charter clarification ballot
4) Discuss use case submissions and next steps
5) AOB

Minutes:
Quorum was achieved. 

Dale Olds regained voting-status (technically, as of the end of the 12/6 meeting)

Prateek Mishra lost voting-status (technically, as of the end of the 12/6 meeting)

Minutes from last meeting (12/6) are approved.

Richard - Updated group about the charter clarification ballot from old to new charter. Provided OASIS with a diff of the two charters.

Discussed about committee meeting with Mark Diodati - No follow up or word from OASIS or Mark as to why he never joined the discussion. Richard sent an email to Carol at OASIS to ask if Mark was still interested in speaking to  
the committee.  Group would like to get definite answer to Mark joining a future meeting.

A summarization list emailed by Richard regarding use cases; wanted to get input from the group.

Richard Sand - Big decisions needed for whether adding more functionality to SPML or to drive in another direction entirely.

Anil John - what is the best mechanism to prioritize what we've been working on? Hal could probably be a great resource to help prioritize steps.

Hal Lockhard - suggested more depth of definitions, turning list to a spreadsheet and providing links for each. Brief statements specified to meet use case needs.

Anil John - asked about using a Wiki.

Hal Lockhard- is in agreement to having a Wiki page. You need to see the big picture and also need to be able to see the detail. OASIS has a process for providing a wiki for each TC. Question of how fast they can turn it around.

Richard Sand - is in agreement of a wiki for the group. Richard will ask OASIS for a Wiki for the committee to get started with providing use cases online. Hal suggested taking the link provided by Marie and contacting OASIS for the Wiki.

Anil John - How then will the decision process be handled? Some of the use cases are very detailed and others not as much so how will we handled the different use cases?

Richard Sand - suggests throwing everything on the table and working with what we can and what doesn't get handled may get dropped off. Start fleshing things out, get Wiki setup, high level table of contents for the Wiki and start getting detailed to see how things shake out.  

Hal Lockhard - agrees with Richards' suggestion.

Action Item: Richard will contact OASIS to see about getting Wiki setup.

Anil John - asked to be notified when Wiki is setup so people can get use cases over to the Wiki. Richard said the list is still the best way to collaborate until the Wiki is setup.

Richard suggested pushing the January 3, 2011 meeting off until January 17, 2011 to allow more time to go by. However 17th is Martin Luther King Jr. birthday. Group agrees to move the meeting January 10, 2011 at noon EST.

Action Item: Richard will update calendar on committee page.
