1) Roll Call
- Dan took roll.
- Quorum was achieved (4 of 7 voting members attended)
- Voting status changes:
Richard Sand lost voting status.


2) Approval of Feb 28th Meeting Minutes
- Gary Cole moves to approve the 2/28 minutes
- No objections. 


3) Discuss Potential Use-Cases
- Gary Cole: States that he is going to ask the callers now for input which use cases we should focus on next.  Has already worked on the ForgotMyPassword use case that was presented previously.
- Anil John: Indicates that he plans to spend some time working on the read-only profile, which is very important to JHU. (This use case was discussed in the 9-3-2010 to 10-11-2010 emails entitled "SPML Use Cases: Emergency Response and Attribute-Service focused...").  After that, the next area of focus will be on Simple Profile use case.
- Gary Cole: Offers to help on the read-only profile use case.   Agrees to work with Anil John on that use case.
- Hal Lockhart: Does not have priorities, but has many questions on each of the proposed use cases and hopes to see those answered as things progress.
- Dan Perry: Indicates that he plans to spend time working on the Synchronization Capabilities use case.  (This use case was discussed in the 11-8-2010 email entitled "Synchronization Use Cases")
* Participants named ReadOnlyProfile and SynchronizationCapabilities as the highest priority use case to address.


4) AOB
- Gary Cole: Asks if there is other business to discuss.
- Hal Lockhart: Points out that the wiki should be readable to everyone (internet-wide) and writeable by all of the TC members.   Members should ask Gary Cole, Richard Sand or Dan Perry for help if they encounter any issues.
- Gary Cole: Points out that the wiki login is case-sensitive.

- Gary Cole: Moves to ajourn.
- Anil John: Seconded.
