Open to all--Ballot "Should the PSTC work on a RESTful binding to SPML?"

This ballot is open to *all* members of the PSTC--whether you  
currently have voting rights or not.   For this ballot--which is more  
of a poll than an official vote--we welcome input even from members  
who've not participated in years.
