- Quorum was achieved (6 of 8 voting members attended)

2) Approval of May 9 Meeting Minutes
- Richard Sand moves to approve the 5/9 minutes.
- No objection.

3. Discuss SPML2 capabilities going forward (follow up to Gary's e-mail)
- General agreement with proposed scope.

Richard: what do we do next as a committee and with SPML?

Gary: RESTful can be done...

Could be done in 2 pieces:
- SCIM is very simple - it is about user and role memberships
- PSTC should also add more complex provisioning problems that SCIM doesn't address
- User management subset - can be equivalent / consistent with SCIM

Participants agreed to poll members, asking whether PSTC should propose a RESTful binding.
- Gary and Richard to finalize wording of poll question.
