Groups - Bi-weekly PSTC meeting modified

A draft of the Account entity has been added to SIMPLEST:
http://wiki.oasis-open.org/provision/simplest

If discussion goes smoothly, this could be a short meeting.

Members have made few comments so far to the list about the SIMPLEST draft.
 I encourage members to suggest additional attributes, to suggest
improvements to the names or descriptions of the existing attributes, or to
raise any issues with the overall entity-relationship model.

The only entities not yet framed in the draft are Access-Policy and
Access-Privilege, which are presumably more specialized--i.e., of interest
mainly to those concerned with provisioning and compliance.
