No quorum (Karsten and Gary were the only attendees.  Gary will cancel today's meeting.

Karsten agreed with cancelling Jan 2, because that's a holiday for him and many people. 
Next meeting after that is ALSO a holiday: Jan 16 is MLK day.
Move meeting to Jan 9 or wait for Jan 30?
