OASIS PR Group:

The Consortium is preparing a press release to announce the formation of the OASIS Web Services Transaction (WS-TX) Technical
Committee. We have targeted Wednesday, 12 October 2005, for distribution.

While OASIS deeply appreciates the contributions of all members to our technical work, only Foundational Sponsor and Sponsor members
elect to receive promotional benefits, such as inclusion in announcements directed to the press. 

The OASIS WS-TX TC press release, therefore, will include the following statement:

"Members of the OASIS WS-TX Technical Committee include representatives of Actional, Adobe, BEA Systems, Fujitsu, Hitachi, IBM,

If your organization's name is listed above and you would prefer *not* to be mentioned in the press release, please let me know.

Foundational Sponsors and Sponsor-level members that would like to send a quote on behalf of their organization in support of the
OASIS WS-TX TC may email that to me. Please include a name and title at your company to whom the quote can be attributed. A
representative of your organization must join the TC prior to the release date.
