Title: CC Review Response to Core Components Comments

Mark,

You asked me to review the spreadsheet containing the editor's responses to the CC spec comments, and offer feedback.  I've reviewed all responses to the comments submitted by the CC Review subcommittee, and would like to offer on behalf of the subcommittee a response to several of them (the rest I personally was ok with).

The attached document contains a table for 9 of the comments, along with:

• Line numbers
• Original comment
• Editor's response
• The CC Review subcommittee's comment on the response

The comments that I offer are not my own personal comments, but those of the CC Review subcommittee based on the conversations we have had on the CC spec over the past several months.  We hope that you will take them into account in your CCTS meetings this week.
