Yeah, I have a question mark in that connection between Basic CC
Property and Data Type.. again, I don't get the point for not
connecting DataType directly to Basic Core Component.

Not sure about this - according to p.75 Figure 7-1, it appears that
"Basic CC Property" is a mechanism to link a BCC with its Data Type. So
apparently Core Component Properties apply not just to ACCs but to BCCs
as well.
