FYI: Some may have already seen this on the UBL and/or E-Gov TC
listservs...it's a set of guides for XML Schema Design and Management
from the Hong Kong Center for E-Commerce Infrastructure Development
(CECID). In addition to schemas, they cover Core Components and UBL
(quite nicely). Most/all of the Core Components information appears to
be lifted pretty much verbatim from the CCTS, so it's nothing new for
us.
