  This is alos very relevant to this groups work.  Please take the time 
to study and understand what is being accomplished.  The NDR (Naming and 
Design Rules) document affect how instances of Core Components and 
Business Information Entities may be serialized and or stored.  At very 
least, this is further input into our requirements document.
