[regrep-comment] Administration of Authorization Policies

Digging for information, currently motivated in finding out how to limit read access on objects for different users, so is there anything out there with respect to:
* the Service interface for administering authorization policies. 
* any changes to the RIM envisioned?
 
Want to be as close as possible to what the specs are leaning to.
