[regrep-comment] does ebXML reg/rep support multiple inheritance ofClassifications ?

            Does ebXML reg/rep support or plan to support multiple inheritance
of
 Classifications.   Here's a real world requirement from the healthcare
 domain (HL7) in a physician's own words:

"We need multiple inheritance of classification nodes.  For example "Colon Cancer" is both a GI Disease and
a Malignant Neoplasm (cancer).  Colon cancer still is one concept and must have the same children and
relationships whether or not you get to it throughout the GI Disease hierarchy or the Cancer Hierarchy."
