Use Case Submission: Need a facade RegistryObject that referencesnon-ebXML registry objects

Here is another use case.

Use Case Description

An ebXML registry Submitting Organization (SO) wishes to reference an
object resident in a non-ebXML Registry such as UDDI in the same manner
as any other native ebXML RegistryObject. For example an SO may wish to
submit associate their Oragnization RegistryObject with their
businessEntity in the global UDDI registry. They want to do this
association as if the businessEntity was a native RegistryObject using
an instance of the Association class.
