[regrep-ex-scheme] External Classification Scheme Proposal ACCEPTED

This was intended just for "ex-scheme"! By mistake I just sent it to the 
whole Registry TC.

Registry "ex-scheme" Team,

Our teleconference today was attended by three people, Kathryn Breininger, 
Nikola Stojanovic, and Len Gallagher. We voted unanimously to accept the 
"Improved External Classification Support" proposal and to forward it to 
the Registry TC for discussion and action at its upcoming F2F meeting.

Since we've now fulfilled our original charter, we'll go into a bit of 
hiatus until new issues pop up either in the full TC or on this list.

Our team offers its sincere appreciation to Farrukh Najmi for his efforts 
in helping to produce the proposal we just approved. We wish him well in 
his recovery.
