We had a telecon this morning. Len, Matt, Sally, Farrukh and I
participated. We had some heated discussions, particularly on content
handler, but all for good intent.

Here is the summary of the agreements:
(1) We will aim Content Based Query for V3. It requires substantial work
(e.g., content handler with a pluggable architecture) and there is no
chance of completing it for V2. Matt, however, may propose something to
replace Appendix D. In any case, we will remove what is currently in
Appendix D since there is on buying-in on it.
(2) We will aim Filter Query (with "merged" Browse and Drill Down Query)
for V3. As such, we need to have the revision in place by 9/17, in time for
review and discussion at the F2F meeting. Len is leading this effort.
(3) We agree to change the title of Chapter 8 to "Query Management
Service".
(4) The next telecon is on Friday, 9/14, 9 am PCT. Len will host it since I
